Tank and Silo Services specialises in the installation, service, inspection, and repair of bolted tanks and silos. We are not affiliated with any one supplier of sectional bolted tanks and silos; we are fully independent. We have a depth of experience with glass-fused-to-steel tanks, epoxy coated tanks and silos, stainless steel tanks, galvanised liner tanks and galvanised corrugated steel silos and have completed projects incorporating CST tanks, Balmoral tanks, Center Enamel tanks, Tank Connections tanks, Pipeco tanks, and silos for AGI Grain Bins.

Our expertise covers:

Tank and Silo Installation – Utilising our own jacking systems and experienced site supervisors and crews, we have the capability to install sectional bolted tanks from any manufacturer. Our expertise encompasses the installation of all ancillary equipment such as nozzles, manways, access platforms, ladders, and staircases, as well as all types of roofing systems, including aluminium dome roofs.

Tank and Silo Inspection – We offer external and internal inspections of bolted steel tanks including visual external inspections and visual internal inspections of empty tanks, or if necessary, internal inspections using Remote Operated Vehicles (ROV’s). Tank inspections can determine if repairs are feasible or if replacement is needed.

Tank and Silo Repairs – If tank repair is determined to be possible and economically viable, then repair procedures undertaken by our experienced team can include rust restoration, resurfacing (in extreme cases), patching, removal of old sealant and reapplying new sealants, replacement of bolts or other components, and replacement of severely damaged panels.
